Whether you’re just getting started, looking to break through a plateau, or preparing for a big event, our personal training program is tailored to help you achieve your specific goals. Here are five reasons why personal training is the ultimate way to maximize your results:
1. Custom Plans, Just for You
No cookie-cutter programs here. With personal training, every session is customized to fit your needs, goals, and fitness level. Whether you’re focused on building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing mobility, our coaches create a plan that works for you and evolves as you do. Your goals are personal, and your training should be too.
2. Expert Guidance at Every Step
With personal training, you’re never left wondering if you’re doing something correctly. Our experienced coaches are with you every step of the way to ensure proper form, technique, and progression. This not only helps you train more effectively but also reduces the risk of injury. When you’ve got a pro in your corner, you can train smarter, not harder.
3. Accountability That Works
We all have days when motivation wanes, but that’s where personal training shines. Knowing you’ve got a coach waiting for you can make all the difference. Your trainer will keep you accountable, celebrate your wins, and help you push through challenges. It’s not just about showing up—it’s about showing up with purpose.
4. Faster Results
Because personal training is tailored to your specific goals and body, you’ll see results faster than you would with a generic workout plan. Every minute of your session is optimized for your progress, meaning you’re not just working hard—you’re working efficiently. When your workouts are dialed in, your progress follows.
5. Support Beyond the Gym
Our personal trainers don’t just coach—they care. From helping you develop healthy habits outside the gym to providing tips on nutrition and recovery, we’re here to support your overall well-being. Fitness isn’t just what you do in the gym; it’s how you live your life. We’re here to guide you on that journey.
At Endure Training Co., we believe in building stronger bodies and stronger relationships. Our personal training program isn’t just about workouts—it’s about partnership, progress, and helping you become the best version of yourself.

How long does it take to see results?
Fitness is a lifelong journey. We all want to get fit quick or lose 20 lbs now, but that's not reality nor is it healthy. Results take time, but if you’re consistent and you have your nutrition dialed in. you shuld expect to see changes in your body composition and fitness within the first 90-days. We're on this journey with you, and we're commited to supporting you for the long haul.
What is a typical workout like?
Five days per week our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work a major muscle group with accessory movements as well. This can be anything from squatting, hinging, pulling, pushing, or core work. After the strength portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Conditioning workouts can be anywhere between 15-30+ minutes long. Some days our conditioning workouts are higher intensity, shorter intervals and some days we have lower intensity, longer duration workouts.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
At the core of our culture is longevity, both with the training we provide and the bonds that are formed inside our gym. Not only will you get in phenomenal shape, you will meet some amazing people, many of whom will become friends.
Do you offer any discounts?
While we do not offer discounts, Endure Training Co has partnered with Truemed to allow you to reimburse your membership fees from your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Paying yourself back with pre-tax dollars saves an average of $30 for every $100 spent. If you have an HSA/FSA, start the process by e-mailing us at info@enduretrainingco.com.
Is Endure a HIIT style gym?
No, Endure Training Co. is not just high intensity interval training nor are we a bootcamp. With an emphasis on strength training, proper technique, and coaching (not just motivating), our workouts utilize kettlebells and dumbbells in a dedicated strength session in the beginning of class several times per week. We believe you must slow down and focus your effort with strength training to truly get stronger.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
